If you’re reading this article then the chances are that you’ve probably already heard about the Law of Attraction.

But let’s define it for the sake of this article. The Law of Attraction essentially states that “like attracts like”. Therefore if you are dominantly focusing on positive thoughts then you will see positive manifestations in your life and if you are dominantly focusing on negative thoughts, then you will see negative manifestations in your life.

This article will focus on sharing with you the main principles of how the Law of Attraction can benefit you the most and to also give you some tips on how to use it to manifest what you want in life.

Three Main Principles

There are three main principles which define the attitude you need to have to start seeing the positive effects of the Law of Attraction in your life.

1. Acknowledge abundance
2. React differently
3. Change your outlook

Acknowledge Abundance

This is key because if you start to notice areas of abundance in your life you will attract more and more abundance in all the other areas of life, according to the Law of Attraction.

This might lead you to say that you don’t really have much abundance in your life at the moment which is not true at all. You are just choosing not to recognize the abundance in your life at the moment.

For example, you might not have a big house or you might not have a fancy car and you are thinking there is no abundance in your life.

However, you need to start changing this mindset because you will have abundance in a lot of other areas such as abundance of friends and family, a loving relationship.

From a broader perspective, there is also an abundance of water when it rains and there is an abundance of air.

So you just need to start finding small things in your life to feel abundant about and gradually your life will transform and you will get more and more things to feel abundant about.

React Differently

All of us have practiced or habitual responses to things that happen to us. Let us take an example to explain this.

Let’s say you have just received your credit card bill and because in that month you spent a lot on doing up your house, the credit card bill is quite high.

Most people’s reaction to this is to start to worry about how they going to pay for it or whether they are going to have enough money to pay for their other bills. This kind of reaction or response will only lead to further situations where the lack of money will be felt.

Therefore, you need to have a different response to this kind of situation to attract differently. Instead of starting to worry about lack of money will have to pay for that bill, start to be grateful for what you have enjoyed with what you bought with the credit card.

If it is a new conservatory for example, be grateful that you can now relax there with your family on sunny weekends and how much fun that is.

Another example is if you are looking at mortgage payments, be grateful that you have a roof over your head, a safe place for you and your family to sleep at night and to enjoy during the day.

Again, this might not be very easy to do at the start but you will get the hang of it and once you start to be grateful for these types of things then you probably will not attract a situation where you will feel the lack of money.

Change Your Outlook

With regards to our desires, we tend to want things as the results of not wanting other things and our thoughts and what we say reflects this perspective.

Let us say you want more money. Most people will say they want more money because they don’t want to be poor anymore. And this is where they go wrong. They need to start telling a different story and think more about the real reason why they want more money and this can be to go on vacations or to get a fancy car.

By rephrasing the original statement to “I want more money because I want to do x”, this will result in manifestation of your desires.

A Final Point

I want to make a final point before concluding this article. If you are in the early stages of learning how to put the Law of Attraction into practice, it would be a wise choice to attempt to manifest something relatively small in your eyes.

Because if you do start with something big and fail because of not enough practice, you will get disappointed and your belief in the Law of Attraction will be shattered.

So rather than trying to manifest a life partner or are brand-new car right from the start, try something small such as creating a parking space next time you visit your local supermarket. This will give you confidence to then move on to bigger manifestations. Like for everything else in life, practice makes perfect.
