First of all, you need to dream big and the bigger the dream the better.

Not only does it increase the capacity of your brain and improve its functionality, but with clear and detailed visions you will actually start to see your dreams starting to manifest in your life. Train Your Brain
This might not seem obvious to most people but there is a direct link between mental abilities and mental exercise. And what we need to understand is that if we do not give our brain some fresh challenges to tackle then it will become lazy and will not perform at its optimal level.
